City of Lugano supports several initiatives promoted by Promax like, for example, the Swiss International Holiday Exhibition and MeetingLuxury, the exclusive event dedicated to the most prestigious tourism destination and professional operators worldwide.
The Agency for the promotion of Lugano focuses on the promotion of tourism and artistic-cultural heritage of the territoritory is a Promax partner since year, supportino the Swiss International Holiday Exhibition, an event able to convey into the Lugano district more than 65.000 visitors a year.

Combined with its privileged geographic position – USI acting as a bridge between south (Lombardy) and north (the rest of Switzerland across the Alps) – these choices give our university an identity of its own.

The World Association of Travel Agencies is since 2008 official partner of MeetingLuxury. The Association is a network of tourism sector experts, dedicated to the improvement of the travel agents through cooperation, semianars and training sessions.
The "Swiss Hotel Association" is an official partner of the Swiss International Holiday Exhibition; being a national leader, it is the benchmark of the most competitive operators of the swiss hotel industry.
The Regio Insubrica is one of MeetingLuxury partners since 2008. It is a work- community born in 1995 that joins the Canton Ticino with the italian provinces of Como, Varese, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in order to promote the cross-border cooperation in the italian-swiss region of the Tree Prealps Lakes.
Webatelier is a lab born in 2001 with the aim of developing and creating practical and theoretical research, concerning the apllication of new technologies in the communication field. Since the end of 2008, Webatelier is partner of Promax, that support the ambitious project "We2rism".
